For many, simply the best circuit in the world. At nearly four and a half miles long and with more than 300ft of elevation change, nothing in UK is remotely comparable. Eau Rouge is the stuff of legend, but the new tarmac run-offs provide a get-out-of-jail-free card if a driver gets it wrong. The huge, very fast left of Pouhon is an equal challenge and being on the edge of adhesion flat through Blanchimont in a Caterham makes you marvel at F1 drivers taking it at nearly 200mph.
Caterham Spectator tip:
A choice of options but only limited parts of the track is visible. Most will settle for the views
over Eau Rouge, although the run to the bus-stop provides the overtaking action.
