torque and improved economy, the 1600 Ford Sigma will power the Seven
into a new era of performance and reliability in its 50th Anniversary year.
Even after 50 years, there has never been a better time
to own a Caterham. Replacing the K-Series engine after
15 years of service, the bespoke-tuned 1.6-litre Sigma
takes the Seven’s ability to thrill drivers to
even greater
heights, thanks to a wide, flat, torque
curve and exceptionally smooth delivery.

in component form - the same as the outgoing K-Series
powered model despite the increase in power,
torque, economy and chassis rigidity!
Meanwhile, our overseas customers now have a 115bhp,
EU4 compliant engine to compliment the 200 bhp SV-R
and CSR already available.
